Our leadership should not be defined by our level of self-perceived knowledge of God and truth, but rather on our clarity of calling and kingdom mission. Balanced passion for something is magnetic. While we strive for truth and share what we perceive to be true with passion, it must be balanced with a sense of God's mystery, the ambiguity of the Bible, and our limitations in the full revelation of God. We must always remember that we do not see clearly; we see functionally. In our world today, this is what makes a leader a leader. In this session we will examine the foundational values that anchor us in our mission. We will learn that achieving our goal is not the only objective, but rather, it is how we achieve that goal.
