We are a disruptive movement. Our movement is made up of people with disruptive ideas. We are introducing an idea intended to challenge and transform the status quo. As disrupters, we must have a very high IQ. Not in terms of how smart we are, but rather, the depth of our character. A biblical IQ is our Integrity Quotient, not our knowledge. As leaders, it is our responsibility to ensure that the culture we’re passing on is a culture of blamelessness, humility, and integrity. Our IQ (Integrity Quotient) is what matters as leaders. The integrity of the individual leads to integrity of the movement—a whole movement, a unified movement, a movement with one message, one voice, and one leadership culture characterized by humility and blamelessness.
